Am I bound by contract?
No. There is no contract to sign and you are free to cancel at anytime without incurring a penalty. You simply pay for each month that you continue to use PlanIt-BookIt.
What types of payment are accepted?
After your 30 day, free trial, for customers in the UK, the Eurozone and Sweden we issue a direct debit through our third-party provider Go Cardless. For customers in other countries you can continue using PlanIt-BookIt by submitting a PayPal payment from the Admin module. PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: PayPal Balance, PayPal Credit, bank account, credit card, PayPal Cards, and debit card.

How secure is PlanIt-BookIt?
PlanIt-BookIt is hosted securely in the cloud on Microsoft Azure.
Microsoft build security and privacy right into the Azure platform. They follow a Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) that addresses security at every phase and to quote Microsoft..
“Operational Security Assurance (OSA) builds on SDL knowledge and processes to provide a framework that helps ensure secure operations throughout the lifecycle of cloud-based services. Azure Security Center makes Azure the only public cloud platform to offer continuous security-health monitoring.”
Do you charge any other fees?
We charge a small percentage of the transaction fee for standard users, who use PlanIt-BookIt to organise events. Events are charged at 3.75% per transaction with a min per-transaction fee of 25p and a maximum per-transaction fee of £2.50.
For Pro users, there are no transaction fees for events.
Other than that there are no additional fees and the system is available for your use while ever you’re paying the monthly fee. We do not take any commission fees on the payments that you receive for your bookings.
