Why Executive Car

Executive Car was built by our small team at Objitec Ltd. from the knowledge of two long-standing, executive-car company owners. It has been designed from the offset to help manage the demanding and dynamic nature of such a business. Please scroll down to find out more.

Subscription pricing

Executive Car is priced on a subscription basis. Having a monthly fee makes payments manageable. There’s no initial outlay or set up costs. 

Experienced Team

A highly experienced team with many years of software development experience with organisations in both North America and the UK.

No contract

With Executive Car there is no contract to sign. You are free to cancel at any time without incurring a penalty. You simply pay for each month that you continue to use Executive Car.

Your first month free

Your first month is on us. So, there’s absolutely no risk to you. Also, you don’t need a credit card to sign up.

Supporting you

Our goal is to help you work efficiently and make best use of your precious time. From first contact we work with you to set up your system so that it meets your individual requirements. If you have an existing customer database that we can extract data from then we will work with you to get your data into Executive-Car. Once your system is live we will be on hand to guide and support you.

No set-up fees

With Executive Car there are no set-up fees. After your first free month, we charge £69 per month for an owner/driver and £199 per month for an owner with multiple drivers.

Free business analysis service

We will personally work with you to ensure that your business processes work perfectly with Executive Car system. We’re constantly looking for ways to improve executive car and so welcome your feedback on any areas where we can do so.

In-house development

All of our development work is undertaken by ourselves, in-house. To ensure high standards of quality, we don’t farm out any of our development work to external overseas contractors.

Designed by you

Executive Car was designed and built from input that we received from our first 2 customers. Chameleon Executive Car and Em56Fly Chauffeurs. Therefore, it’s been built with you the customer at the core. Plus we are always looking to improve Executive Car and take all your ideas and suggestions for improvements on board.

FAQ

AM I BOUND BY A CONTRACT?

No. There is no contract to sign and you are free to cancel at anytime without incurring a penalty. You simply pay for each month that you continue to use Executive Car.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

After your 30 day, free trial, for customers in the UK, the Eurozone and Sweden we issue a direct debit through our third-party provider Go Cardless. For customers in other countries you can continue using PlanIt-BookIt by submitting a PayPal payment from the Admin module. PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: PayPal Balance, PayPal Credit, bank account, credit card, PayPal Cards, and debit card.

HOW SECURE IS EXECUTIVE CAR?

Executive Car is hosted securely in the cloud on Microsoft Azure.

Microsoft build security and privacy right into the Azure platform. They follow a Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) that addresses security at every phase and to quote Microsoft..

“Operational Security Assurance (OSA) builds on SDL knowledge and processes to provide a framework that helps ensure secure operations throughout the lifecycle of cloud-based services. Azure Security Center makes Azure the only public cloud platform to offer continuous security-health monitoring.”
